Return policy
At VÉLANE, our goal is to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return following the terms and conditions outlined below.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Items must be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for personalized items, underwear, swimwear without the hygiene protection, personal hygiene products, personal care items that were opened or sale items, unless they are defective.
VÉLANE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:
Request the return by contacting our customer support at support@wearvelane.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Package the item securely, using the original packaging when possible.
Ship the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of order errors.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect its condition and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error in the order or a defective product.
Depending on your bank, refund processing time may vary.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify VÉLANE within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a solution at no extra cost — either a full refund or a replacement item.
