1. SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. If your country is not listed as a destination, please contact us at support@wearvelane.com to confirm availability.

 


 

2. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and the product. In general, orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

During high-demand periods or exceptional circumstances (holidays, customs delays, logistical issues), delivery times may be extended.

 


 

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size.

In some cases, we offer free shipping (details available in the cart).

VÉLANE is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the destination country.

 


 

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your package.

 


 

5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If there is an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wearvelane.com. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to change the address, and the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

 


 

6. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate the situation.

In the event of a lost or misplaced order, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a solution if applicable.

 


 

7. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package by sending photos of the product and packaging to support@wearvelane.com. We will evaluate the case and proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 


 

8. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled.
